JAMES SCOTT
DIRECTOR
Meet James, one of our executive Directors and the brains behind Eliteco Better Homes vision and strategy. Coming from a family of Civil Engineers, James was always destined for a life in construction and design. Renowned for his creative approach, James often has the ability to see things that other do not, masterminding some of the most exciting projects on the Costa Del Sol over the years. James’ ¨customer service first¨ approach has been instrumental in the development and growth of Eliteco Better Homes as he constantly strives to improve the client journey ensuring the Eliteco Better Homes evolves with the market to ensure our company reputation is upheld.
James is a well known face around the Costa Del Sol, you can appearing in various TV and Radio shows educating Expats on Spanish life and what to expat when living in Spain and if you don’t see him on here or the building site, you will see him on the football or Cricket pitch where he represents the Costa Del Sol or on the padel court where he thinks he is much better than he really is!
ADAM SEBTI
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Meet Adam, our Operations Director and the driving force and behind the ongoing success and performance of Eliteco Better Homes in delivering some of the most beautiful and complex projects on the Costa Del Sol. Adam spent his earlier years studying to become and Mechanic Engineer where he learnt all the modern methods of construction. One of the most driven and intelligent people you will meet, Adam speaks 5 languages including English, Spanish and Arabic allowing him to effectively communicate around site to ensure nothing is lost in translation. His understanding of all aspects of Construction is a real safeguard to all clients as he thrives on sharing his knowledge to help clients understand their project better.
In Adams spare time (on the rare occasion he is not working), he likes to travel around the beautiful Spanish cities seeing the very best Spain has to offer. Adam likes his Sport, he is just not very good at it!
CLAUDIA MARTINEZ
HEAD OF PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION
Meet Claudia, a customers dream! Claudia is the unsung hero of the Eliteco Better Homes Team, a customers dream and the glue that holds everything together. Coming from a background in Architectural planning, Claudia ensures our customer service and pre project planning is of the highest standards, always on hand to assist and help with ideas, allowing our operations team to deliver their projects in an organised fashion. Claudia is both organised and forward thinking, always on hand to ensure clients are supported throughout the process whether it is changing their mind on plans for the 20th time (it will happen!) or helping clients with deciding materials and ordering, Claudia dedicates herself to ensuring the client journey is both seamless, stress free and enjoyable.
